Over the years I’ve watched it – observed it’s transforming power – THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL! Today during my time of “Coffee with the Lord” I found myself agreeing wholeheartedly with Apostle Paul as he affirmed “THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL” once again at the end of Romans (Romans 16:25-27)!!
God stands behind the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ! It saves us from sin, it strengthens us, its message is for all people of the world (i.e. “the nations”) and it produces a transformed life of faith-obedience! …
You’re right Apostle Paul! “To the only wise God be glory FOREVERMORE through Jesus Christ! Amen!”
No wonder, Paul at the beginning of this epistle Paul declared, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ! It is the power of God to salvation for EVERYONE who believes! … For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written ‘The just shall live by faith!'” (Romans 1:16-17)
