Something really unfair happen to you that makes you want “to get even?”
Here’s a tidbit from Proverbs in the Bible to help you respond in a Christlike way…
“Do not say, ‘I will repay evil!’ Wait for the Lord, and He will deliver you!” (Proverbs 20:22)
You might want to check out Romans 12:14-21 in your Bible as well… I know, it’s tough! But it is God’s will and it works! Here’s the deal – If you take it into your hands, He won’t. If you leave it to Him, He will in due time. In the meantime you might make a friend and not an enemy – and your “enemy” right now might just see the character of Jesus in your life… Just say’n.
