“Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house, or [spouse], or brothers, or parents, or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God who will not receive many times more in this time, and in the age to come eternal life!” (The words of Jesus in Luke 18:29-30)

Incredible Blessings Promised for Those Who Love and Serve the Lord…

Hey, it pays to love and serve the Lord!!!

During my time of “coffee with the Lord” this morning I read this wonderful word of assurance and incredible promise…

“Blessed is EVERYONE who fears [or reverences] the Lord, who walks in his ways!  You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you!… Behold, thus shall the person be blessed who fears the Lord!  (From Psalm 128:1–4)

How good is that?!!!  Personal blessing promised without discrimination for those who honor the Lord and fellow His ways!  A fruitful, fulfilling life secured – even family blessings assured!

Love for the Lord… confidence in God… and abounding blessings!  Why wouldn’t you want to serve the Lord?  Believe me, I paused, worshipped, and offered thanks to the Lord for the wonderful assurance of Psalm 128 today!!!
